These terms apply to offers from The HY Yoga, owned and operated by Prachi Malik. They are part of our Terms & Conditions. Only one offer can be used on a payment, and offers cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.
1. Early bird offer
- Early bird prices are lower than our base prices. The discount is different for every plan, and it is already applied to the prices shown on our website. You don't need a code.
- If you join while the Early bird offer is running, your early bird price continues until you cancel, even if our prices go up later.
- Your plan counts as cancelled if you don't renew within 7 days after it ends. If you join again after that, the prices at that time apply.
- The early bird price applies to the same plan type. If you switch to a different plan, the early bird price of that plan applies, as long as the offer is still running when you switch.
- We may stop offering early bird prices to new students at any time. This does not change the price for students who already have it.
2. Festive offer (Navratri)
- Up to 25% off the base price of any plan: group batches, private 1:1 and at-home. The base price is the price before the early bird discount.
- Valid on payments made from now until 19 October 2026, 11:59 pm IST.
- Valid for students in India and worldwide.
- On a plan where the early bird price is already lower than the festive price, you pay the early bird price.
- It applies to one payment only. When you renew, you pay your plan's regular early bird price.
- On the join form the festive code is filled in for you.
- It can be used once per person, and it cannot be combined with the First 100 offer.
3. First 100 offer
- 50% off the early bird price of our group batch plans (monthly, quarterly and half-yearly), for students in India.
- No code is needed. Open the offer from one of our banners or offer links, and the discounted price is shown on the group plans and the join form. It stays unlocked on your device for 30 days.
- It applies to your first payment only, for the plan you choose. When you renew, you pay your plan's early bird price.
- Only for our first 100 students who pay for a group plan with this offer. When 100 seats are taken, the offer closes on the website. A seat is counted only when your payment is complete.
- It is not available for private 1:1 or at-home plans. It cannot be combined with the festive offer or any other code.
- It can be used once per person. We may cancel the offer for anyone using more than one account, someone else's details, or other misuse, and charge the early bird price instead.
4. General
- An offer applies only to payments made while it is running. It cannot be added to a payment after it is made.
- Refunds on offer purchases follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If an offer purchase is refunded, the offer is used up.
- We may change or end any offer at any time. This never changes a payment you have already made.
- If there is a pricing error on the website, we will tell you before your plan starts and you can choose a full refund.
