The HY Yoga, owned and operated by Prachi Malik, offers yoga classes as a service. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so there are no shipping charges or delivery addresses involved, except for the at-home sessions described below.
1. How your classes are delivered
- Live online group batches and private 1:1 sessions are held live on Google Meet. You need a phone, tablet or computer with a camera and a stable internet connection.
- At-home sessions are held in person by our instructor at your address, only in the areas listed on our Home visits page.
2. After you pay
- You get a payment confirmation from Razorpay or PayPal right away.
- Within 24 hours (usually much sooner), we confirm your batch or session times by email or WhatsApp. They also show in your dashboard at thehyyoga.com/dashboard.
- Your class link appears in your dashboard and in your reminders before each class.
- Your plan period starts on the date we confirm, usually your first class.
3. Timings
Group batches run at the fixed times shown on our Timings page, in India Standard Time (IST). Private and at-home sessions run at the slots you book. The website and your dashboard show times in your local time zone.
4. If you don't receive your class details
If you haven't heard from us within 24 hours of payment, write to thehyyoga@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 90841 63264 with your payment ID, and we will sort it out the same day.
5. Missed or cancelled classes
Missed classes, rescheduling and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
